The TMC800-2 is a batch shot blasting machine that cleans and derusts metal parts using powerful blast wheels and circulating abrasive, with minimal maintenance costs and high efficiency.
The TMC800-2 operates with a metal conveyor belt on which workpieces are placed. During the process, two powerful ‘E-ECO’ blast wheels throw abrasive against the parts, cleaning the surface and removing rust. The used abrasive is collected, returned via an elevator and cleaned in an air separation system. Reusable blasting media is reused. Dust and fine particles are filtered by a polyester cartridge filter. This guarantees a continuous, efficient and clean blasting process with low wear costs.
